⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had my XT6 serviced at Cadillac of Englewood for the first time, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The reason I made the 50-minute drive to this dealership was because my previous service manager, Christian, recently moved to this location. I had such a great experience working with him previously that I was more than willing to make the trip. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how luxurious, warm, and welcoming the dealership is. The service department is especially impressive and feels completely different from the typical dealership experience. The waiting areas are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. But what really sets this dealership apart is Christian. He is incredibly client-service focused and genuinely makes you feel like your business matters. I texted him just a few days ago, and he was able to get me an appointment today. The entire process was seamless, and I was in and out quickly. Bono, the service technician, was also fantastic. He even proactively replaced the battery in my key fob — a small detail, but exactly the kind of thoughtful service that makes a difference. I’ll soon be in the market for another vehicle, and there is no question that I will make the trip back to Cadillac of Englewood because of Christian. Great dealership, great service, and an exceptional service manager. Christian is truly an asset to the dealership!

Purchased an Escalade from Emad. He is the best salesman, he knows his cars, goes over all the features and is really patient and friendly. All in all an amazing experience buying from this dealership.

Waiting room should have some snacks like all other Cadillac dealers I have visited especially if the wait is 1 1/2 hours or longer.

I have never been made to feel so guilty for getting a flat tire after hours and towing my car to the same spot I have for 4 years. No sympathy, service manager was an absolute mean monster. No solutions, only displacement of blame and accountability with absolutely zero empathy. You must do better. You cannot treat people the way you treated me from the moment you answered the first phone call. It was such a disappointing experience.
